Pretty self-explanatory. This is the youth rights forum. Same basic thing as the General YR forum over on the regular NYRA forums. Any youth rights topic is welcome here (excluding age of consent and abortion, which are not allowed and will be deleted if posted, for more on board rules click here).

What to post:
Youth rights related news stories, anecdotes, something you saw, something you read, something you heard, something that happened, cultural tidbits, artistic creations, rants, etc.

What not to post:
Try to steer clear of inflammatory tirades about specific people or organizations (it's just not cool) as well as serious debates (this really isn't a debating forum)

Dissent is allowed to a point, if it can be done respectfully. Behavior modification facility advocates, however, will be banned. This is not a place to advertise troubled teen concentration camps or praise one for "saving your life". Just no. Trolling will be deleted and the trolls banned.

So that's the deal. Enjoy! Banana!

Sigh. You caught me. Hrmph

Nah, seriously, at work today, I had to make copies of some research papers, and one of them (which was about different animal specimens) actually had that Animal Farm quote at the beginning of it. It was so cool. Laughing

RE: This Forum

Hehe. Nah. No biological cloning in our lab outside of cell culture, which, while fun, isn't anything spectacular. Nonetheless, an office is an office. This kind of office just has a lab attached. Wink

And since I only have a bachelor's degree and everyone else there has a Ph D, I don't get to do anything cool. I just clean up after them and order supplies. Heh. Oh, well.

RE: This Forum

And seeing as, like I just said I just have a bachelor's degree, I am NOT Dr. Moncure. Just ordinary Ms. Moncure. Or, just Katrina, since the formalities are pointless and annoying.

Though it was kind of cool when one of my chem teachers in college was addressing us all like that. I was there asleep at my desk, and he draws four molecules on the board and wants someone to say which was the most negatively charged, or something like that, don't recall exactly, then he's like "Miss Moncure, do you know which one it is?" I looked up pointed to the one all the way on the right, and put my head back down on the desk as the teacher said "That's right."

Pwned.Evil Mischief
